all in all, it was characterful base for traveling to miami beach. 20 mins walk to the center. would book here again, the property met requirements.

free parking & helpful staff. just a 20-minute stroll to the center. we didn't feel like leaving and would stay here again without hesitation.

Our hotel was not far from tourist sites such as flamingo park. Breakfast was NICE and well presented.

A 10-minute walk is all what you need to get to art deco historic district. The staff helped us and were friendly.
